If you've still got problems (such as not reliably getting your contracted speed all of the time) then post the full Network log, plus the contents of the tabs Downstream and Upstream into replies here as text, not screenshots. Connect to the hub, open the Downstream tab. Select all the text (Ctrl-A if using a keyboard), copy it (Ctrl-C), then paste it (Ctrl-V) into a reply here. Post that, do the same for the Upstream and Network log. You'll get an error message when you post the Network log, just click on "post" a second time, that's where the forum software is stripping out IP and MAC addresses.
