Internal Access Socket Move

Hi... I would like to arrange an appointment for an Engineer to come and move our internal wall socket from its current position at the rear of the property, to the front of the property. I'm aware that I can request this via a phone call, but using this method is easier for me.

I also need my Internet socket moving within my house, how do I organize this through virgin media?
