Please can forum moderators look into my failing internet. I have had frequent drop outs for two weeks now. Engineers have come to my property twice. Co-axial junction box in the house changed and router has been exchanged for a new one but I'm still having the same problems, particularly with frequent wi-fi failures. Ive checked the router site (192...) and ran a network diagnostic tool and came up with a message stating "your home network has a few problems. Ive attached some cut and paste shots over the subsequent messages.
Your upstream power levels are too high and the logs are showing an upstream impairment with the connection being dropped.
You will need to contact VM for resolution, either by waiting here about a week until a VM Forum Team Member picks up the thread, or give them a call on 150 from a VM line or 0345 454 1111 for a quicker response.
Set up a broadband checker and the first drop of the day happened at approx. 16:15 - nearly 100% dropped packets. Can someone with more knowledge than I explain what impact such high levels could mean???
