Intermittent disconnection

I'm hoping someone here can help. I have been experiencing regular disconnections from the internet for a considerable while now. I've tried many of the "easy fixes" such as resetting to factory/rebooting the hub3, as well as ensuring all cables are connected appropriately. I have also tried only having certain devices connected at certain times as well as trying to plug the router into different power outlets. But all of this has been to no avail, and that's basically everything I can do within my power/knowledge. Although a lot of the disconnects seem random, I have noticed a common theme of it cutting out as soon as a turn on a device. Example, I'll be watching Netflix fine on the TV downstairs, but as soon as I turn on my PC I lose connection or vice versa.

That does show possible noise, but not sure if it's enough to cause a disconnection as your other stats look OK. 

Can you post your network log as well?

It's been going on since I first joined. I can go a week or 2 with no disconnections, but then suddenly I'll be getting several a day for weeks at a time, each one usually lasting around 10-15 minutes. Here's my network log
