Intermittent connectivity

Ever since Saturday I'm experiencing persistent drops in connectivity every couple of hours. This results in the modem flashing yellow for a while before green then stabilising on purple over the course of about a minute.

I'm attaching the network logs from the router.

Downstream figures are very good, but the upstream is too high, you need a technician to correct. Phone customer services and report the fault and they should arrange a technician.
