I've been experiencing intermittent connections issues for the last few days, its been happening normally in the afternoon which is really frustrating when working from home, and also now tonight in the evening as well. I was sent a new hub today but the issue still persists.
Any ideas on what I can do to help resolve this? I've ran through all the usual test of making sure its plugged in properly etc.
Could you access your router using http://192.168.0.1/ or http://192.168.100.1 for modem mode . You shouldn't need log in, select the 'Check Router Status' option and paste your 'Downstream', 'Upstream', and 'Network Log' tabs?
Engineer visit has happened this morning. Fingers crossed it's sorted now. He found a loose connection in our brown box on the outside of the house, changed a filter or whatever its called and swapped us to a different tap port in the box? Hoping that's sorted it now anyway!
