Intermittent Connection

My connection has gotten progressively worse over the last few months.

Every device I connect to the router is subsequently booted off 20+ times a day because the connection drops out, sometimes for up to 30 minutes or more at a time.

I've attached the network log below. I would appreciate any assistance.

Nothing obviously wrong with your stats ... all within spec.  I see you are still on the old 50 mbps service ... I didn't think many were ... so perhaps when a member of the Forum Team picks this up they can arrange a free upgrade which may or may not improve your service.

100 or 200 or 300 or 350 mbps  the higher the more expensive.  But I would expect VM to give you a free boost to 100.

Have you checked your My Virgin Media account to see if a speed boost has already been offered?

No, not a new version of 50 ... 50 is being phased out.    I was originally on 50 mbps and VM gave me a free boost to 100.  I thought they were doing this for everybody on the old tariffs and standardising on 100, 200, 300 or 350.

Upgrade to 100 in my account is showing an extra £11 per month. I'd rather they made the 50 I currently have work properly.

Thought it was something recent VM brought in to attract people like me who were on BT/Open Reach FTTC up to 55 Mps.
