Intermittent Connection - No Ranging Response

Hey,

I've been having intermittent connection difficulties for the past week or so. It cuts out and has trouble starting up and connecting again, but it will do so after several minutes.

There is another table, at the bottom of the 'Downstream' tab, that details 'Pre RS' and 'Post RS' errors.

Could you paste that into here please?

To be honest all those stats look ok.

Could you confirm if you experience this issue on both wired and wireless devices?

Your next step is to setup a BQM here:

It's been a little while but I've intermittently experienced the same issue with irregular and unpredictable cutouts. I've provided all the relevant information below. If someone could assist that would be grand as this problem has been occuring on and off for a while and we've been unable to identify the cause. I've been using an old (several years) wifi range extender as it'd cost too much to cable the upstairs - could this be the cause?
