Intelligent WiFi pod keeps disconnecting?

I don't know what I'm supposed to do to troubleshoot them considering they have no feedback and no settings but I've tried turning it off and on again (and I'm sure it's plugged in). It will randomly lose connection for about 5 minutes then reconnect. No rhyme or reason to when it disconnects that I can tell.

How far away from the Hub is the Pod ?   They are designed to be placed halfway between the wifi black spot and the Hub.  If it still does not service the black spot then an additional Pod will be required.  The Pods and Hub all need to be close enough to communicate over wifi.

Apologies for the issues faced with the Pods, can I ask when did you receive the Pods?

Also just to touch on what @Adduxi has stated, whereabouts is the Pods placed in regards to the Hub?
