just had virgin installed with 100mb. Amazon prime won't work on my Samsung tv! It says insufficient band width? Any help please?
!00Mb/s is more than sufficient. But do you actually have 100 MB/s available to the TV?
The available bandwidth will be considerably reduced if:
1. You are connected over WiFi and there is not a strong signal at the TV.
2. Other users are connected and downloading or playing games.
Does either of those ring a bell?
