Installation tomorrow, received a blank e-mail

So I bought a new package from Virgin media 2 weeks ago, the installation date is tomorrow. However, I have yet to receive any kind of contact from Virgin to confirm this apart from the intial order e-mail. I did receive an e-mail with the subject "Sign Up Online" from them, but the actual content of the e-mail just stated "Original Message Excluded". I responded to the e-mail, but got nothing back.

I've been trying to get in contact with them all day but can't seem to get through. Plus, I can't log into my account or anything like that to look at the order, as it asks me for my account number, which I should have received in the follow-up e-mail I never got.

Anybody have any advice on what I should do next? I just want to confirm that an engineer will come tomorrow.
