This morning at 9 am engineer cane to install our boxes - he installed them and left as the software wouldn’t install and said to keep pressing the ok button (stick in verifying and then says connection error). 5 hours later still not working! Phoned virgin told 6-7hrs for the tv to be working and 2-3hrs for a manger to call! Still no call still no tv!
Yes I’ve spoken to someone in customer service / apparently now it’s going to take up to 24hrs! Not a happy new customer as no communication I was told 2hrs when the installation was being done - if I had know this I wouldn’t of allowed the installation and stuck with our sky until your system was working correctly.
