I found posts with similar issues but no real answer.
I have signed up for a broadband and phone package and booked for the installation.
I have then been offered an earlier date but had to decline because busy.
I had confirmation for the date of the installation and a few days before the installation day an engineer phoned me because he was trying to find the house to do some external checks.
Everything was straight forward without any issues, in fact the Virgin cable already runs in front of the house.
I took the day of for the installation but nobody showed up and I had no communication.
I checked the App and noticed that they moved the appointment to the following day.
Waited again, no show, appointment moved again.
Now, there has been no communication or apology, I have lost business because I had to stay in and wait.
How long is this going to go on for? Anybody with the same experience?
