Installation not done as Virgin Media had wrong information
Original installation date: 17/10/2020 (Did not happen)
Pre-wire: 21/10/2020 (Did not happen)
Actual connection to router: Unknown
I gave Virgin Media 1 months’ notice of my move date and made sure the installation was booked for moving date. Because they incorrectly had on their system that this property is pre-wired, they did not consider that pre install is required. Hence the installation did not happen on move date.
Now we are without internet since move and no confirmation of installation. The pre-wire was supposed to happen today with no show.
