I am trying to set up my new self-installation TV, phone and broadband package but, having started to install the broadband, my existing wall socket (and separate connectors that sky uses) are different to those in the VM guide. The red banded isolator cable doesn’t fit into any of them. Am I missing something or do I need to get an engineer out? Thanks

If you were sent a QuickStart kit the premises must have previously had VM. Search for an oblong box with a female F socket on the bottom. Unfortunately it may have been removed by the previous occupiers. If you cannot find it call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday
