I ordered a quickstart Hub for my new flat and it arrived fine, but the Virgin Media outlet in my living room has a cable already in it that runs in to the wall. I can't pull that cable out. That cable has technetix written on it, and seems to run to another box/outlet on the opposite wall. That outlet has an ethernet port in it, I think.
I don't understand what I'm supposed to do, can anyone help?
