Installation help

So I requested for my installations date to be tomororw wednedday 9th January between 8/1  I received an email form from virgin yesterday being Monday saying they were doing credit checks and it should take a few days too come back and they’ll keep me update 

however still haven’t heard anything back had no co tract via email and don’t know what’s happening! 

 

Will lll my tv and broadband engineer still be coming out tomorrow too install my virgin?
