Hi , can someone explain why i’m getting charged a £35 installation fee even tho the courier dropped it off and i’ve told install it myself ?

Hi do you have the information/contract provided by VM when you signed up? On there it should tell you if they are charging you a set up fee. However, if there was an option to do a self service installation with no installation cost, then you should't be being charged £35. The contract/sign up information should be able to provide an answer.

I'm sorry for any confusion over the charges. The £25 with the self-install would be an activation fee.

 

As Cmrobertson33 has advised this should be detailed on your contract, if you have any further questions please let me know.
