I ordered virgin back in June 2021. Right before it was about to be installed I got a "delayed notification email". This was followed by virgin offering me a 4g mobile dongle as cable works were required.
At some point I got a another call telling me the company due to do the works had went bust so no updates.
Someone did come to my address to look at the cabling work required but never got back in touch.
Here we are in November, almost 5 months later and my order status says:
Order date: NaN/NaN/NaN
What is going on Virgin? Will I get my service this year?
