Installation date?

I want to know when my installation  date is I ordered service had a confirmation  email then had  to send prove of address council tax bill and my birth certificate   nothing bck about a installation  date I did what they sed and still nuffin

 I still haven't receive a reply about my order they had proof was suppose to be booked for today  still don't know when services are getting install why are virgin media ignoring me I've emailed them no reply  either someone was suppose to get bck to me yesterday nothing just want to know what's going on ay to much to ask been waiting ages
