Installation between 1pm - 6pm

Hi, I have my installation today between 1 - 6 pm. I have tried to contact Virgin to find out if the engineers are actually coming as they need to install both a phone and new broadband line.

I have been told they cannot give me any information or more accurate time for installation. What a pain. Its nearly 4pm now, how likely is it that an engineer will still come out to me, I mean how long does this installation take, and how on earth are they going to run a new wire in the dark outside. makes no sense!

you are only half way thru your appointment window.
they could turn up at any point from now until 5:59pm and still carry out the work.

if they couldn't do work in the dark then they would need to pack up and leave before 4 in most places.
patience is what you need.

You are right... but I am not feeling confident right now.. I think a No Show may be on the cards!

Did they arrive or contact you?
