Installation Worries

Hi,

I'm due to have virgin phone line/broadband/TV installed on Tuesday. On the Thursday just gone some blokes turned up to install a box and cables outside my home, they then said they will have to come back to dig up on the street for some more cables or something. They said this will be before my installation date. My worry now is it's essentially Sunday, 2 days before VM is supposed to be installed and there's no sign of them. Will they definitely be here before installation date?
