Installation Issues

So I was told today from a live chat that my installation was complete and I should have services but noone has been or come in to my house to install anything. I also called a number I was given but was hung up on when I gave my name so im not really sure what to do as I dont want to start paying for a service im not getting.

I also didnt have anyone call me about any appointments since February this year when I first joined so either they got the wrong house or something else is going on that I dont know of.
