Installation: Hub3 Green light flashing

I have been trying to install the hub from last Saturday, but still be no connection.
Base light is flashing green.

I asked solution via online chat, then checked Service Test.
I was expecting some problem is found, however the result is "No known issues".
I guess the cable in my property has some issue, I need engineer to check to resolve.
Should I call to support? I'm worried about my English is not well, so whether I can explain this issue correctly or not.
I would be grateful if I could make engineer appointment via online.

Did you call in to activate the new Hub? All new VM kit requires activation - details in the packaging.
