I got QuickStart kit last Saturday. I have been trying to connect network, but still be no connection. My Hub3.0, base light is flashing green. I asked solution via online chat, then checked Service Test. I was expecting some problem is found, however the result is "No known issues". I guess the cable in my property has some issue, so I need engineer come to check it. How do I book the engineer? Is it possible to make engineer appointment via online?
no - i mean activation just not always go through - so give them a ring and see what they say - they should be able to check if the hub is online - if they cannot see it that would indicate a cable problem which is possible after an earlier disconnection
they cannot test a cable until a hub is in place so self install is always a gamble
