Had VM installed a month ago and ever since I've been trying to get the damage done by the engineer rectified. This is 3 holes drilled from the inside to the outside with the drill on hammer action causing the outside bricks to party disintegrate well outside the diameter of the original hole.
In addition not one of the holes has been sealed allowing ingress...
I've spoken numerous times to customer services nothing done, now its over to legal protection on house insurance to take action for negligent work...
