Hi,
Our Due date for engineer and switch on with VM was 20th Sept.
Engineer arrived but was unable to install due to exterior pre-installation work not having taken place.
After many calls and hours of on hold music we have a new date of Engineer for 11th Oct with a promise of this being marked as urgent and expediated as we are without internet.
We have since been informed the 11th Oct is the soonest possible. Exterior works are still to take place and worried now they won't be completed for the 11th. We have checked every day since to be informed on each occasion exterior work is taking place 'today' but it never does.
Would I be wise to pull the plug on everything and organise another provider? nothing filling me with confidence in VM at all........

Hey mana, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community, I am sorry to see the install has been delayed, I understand this is very frustrating.
Sometimes this can get delayed due to planning permission and many other factors.
