Thanks to Yodel, my TV box will be arriving 4 late at the earliest. However, my new service also includes an upgrade to broadband from100M to 500M. Can this be implemented in advance of the TV box being delivered and configured?

Sadly the box needs to be delivered before the package change takes effect

Welcome to our Community Forums and thanks for your post. I'm really sorry that your set top box delivery was delayed.
As @MatthewS1993 has mentioned, everything has to be activated together (set top box included) in order for the broadband speed to upgrade.
I've checked your account though and it looks like everything has activated now which is great! Can you please confirm this or if you need any further help?
