Hi, I'm trying to order a new connection to a new flat I'm moving into. The current tenants have Virgin Media installed, but this is listen under the wrong address. I had placed an order to replace the outgoing tenants but this was cancelled due to the address being incorrect.
I'm trying to rectify this and sign up but the sales teams on the phone don't seem to know how to do it - what's the best way to proceed?
