Hello! I was told I could do a self install kit for my broadband installation next week.
however the previous tenant had BT. There’s not a virgin media wall socket anywhere I’ve checked. I was told I wouldn’t need it but if I found that I did I wouldn’t get charged.

You need to phone the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday. This is the quickest way as a VM staff member will not get to your post for two or three days.
