I ordered broadband service a couple of weeks ago to be installed on 7 December. I received an email yesterday saying the kit will be delivered on due date but with no tracking information. Waited all day but no kit delivered.

problem with warehouse and kit - alleged flooding.

Automatic compensation of £6.10 per day gone by after confirmed delivery date.

Many in same situation. Yodel cant give a tracking ref because they haven't got kit from VM.

VM's handling of this incident is appalling, but nothing surprising. Not even bothered to contact customers and ringing CS staff are very cagey about actual issue, initially blaming Yodel.....
