I'm wanting to join, but not available to my street.

Hi,

 

The town where I live has had Virgin broadband (NTL) for well over a decade and the boxes and all over the place. I have been a customer for all these years up until the past few as I have moved to a new built street that currently Virgin does not supply to. Myself and others in my street and the street directly behind who are used to solid real broadband are currently having to make do with suppliers like Sky (big difference). I have checked every few months since moving with the same result ..

"Sorry! Our services are currently unavailable at this address."

I have asked to be notified each time if this changes but heard nothing back...

We would like to know is there any plans to supply to streets like ours or are we wasting our time checking back?
