I don't know anything about my order

Hello, on 27.04.2022 I made a request for new internet for my house, on 30.04.2022 they called me because my house already had a line with Virgin, and I wanted a second separate line, they told me that everything was OK, that someone will come to my house to check everything.

Today I am still waiting for a sign of life from Virgin or from the person who has to come to my house.

Have you tried the Pre-installation and delivery team on.. 0800 052 1734. - they may have more info?

VM will respond here but can take a few days

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 1 WiFi, 1 on PA) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On 250Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

I call and they said that they can't find my account and they stop the call.... Seriously????

You're just another victim of Virginmedia's non existent customer management system. 

You won't have an account until you've signed an order, and you can't have a order until a connection has been found possible. 

A second connection to the same address is unusual, and anything non-standard is always a problem for VM because call staff can only follow scripts. They will either lie to you or cut you off. You received the second option.

Your best bet is to wait for one of the forum staff here to pick this up and try to help.
