I didn't get my amazon gift voucher

I had my 200 MBps broadband started on May 21 and was supposed to get a 50 GBP Amazon voucher within 120 days but have still not gotten it. My contract number is15/012398xxxxx. Please look into it and have the voucher sent over.

Our partner at Edenred will process and send out the voucher code up to 28 days after your install date to the email address you provided upon signing up.
