I didint receive my router

Hello . I ordered a broadband 12.06, I was supposed to receive a router 17.06. It turned out that the previous owner of the apartment had not closed his virgin account and that was the reason for the delay. So I had another date set for June 22, but I didn't receive the package either. At this point, when I call the hotline, they don't want to give me an answer as to what's going on. They don't know what to do. Please help
