Is this the only channle you are having problems with? Is it 5HD, or 5SD? If you are having problems with other channels it may be as well listing them to determine if it may be be a box or signal fault.
Please check all cables and co-axials to make sure they are finger tight and not kinking.
Have you tried rebooting the VM TV box?
Also have you looked at Check Service Status at the top of the page to see if there any local issues that could be causing this?
You could also try the following:_
Using your remote control go to
Help & Settings>Help> VirginTV > go up to the top of the screen then TV Care and press OK > Missing Channels.? > Refresh my channels list
This may take up to 20 minutes and you may need to reboot the set top box again after this.
