I will move home at 16 July, 2022. I tried notify Virgin Media from last 2 weeks. Chatbot, phone enquiry. No answer from chatbot. phone enquiry redirected to help and the same chatbot. I don't mind to wait or schedule a later date but no way to contact customer service even place a request.
