Hello !
I have upgraded to 1 Gb speed and received yesterday my hub4.
tried to connect it today as per instructions + activated it too.
initially, it did not want to connect to wifi, then after several reboots and hard reset, it did, but the speed is low, not loading the pages properly, fluctuating, dropping and then coming back again.
My ubiquiti amplifi is not working now trough it Nd i need this to work, as i work from home.
it did well with hub3, now if i connect hub3 back, it will not work.
tried to call vm, but they are closed, i do not know the opening hours…
i have access to router page, unfortunately i would not know what to select there.
any ideas?
looks like a faulty hub4 ?

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you've been having.
Have you been able to put the hub into Modem mode?

thanks ! Not yet ! Awaiting for the 3rd time in a row for the VM engineer.
I have to be very honest, i have never user this feature and i do not know what to do after i will put it into download mode 😛
