Hub4 Quick Start

I'm a new customer and have received my Quick Start kit.

Having followed all instructions and the Hub 4 is just blinking its white light at me.

What am I missing?

Make sure all the cables and connections are tight and secure and not kinked or damaged. 

You might need to activate the hub by calling 0800 064 3850. 

Thanks for the swift response.

You'd think they would mention the need to activate the hub somewhere in their online literature and help videos.

Currently have a flashing green light, so fingers crossed I'll be up and running soon!

Edit: Back to the flashing white now!

If you have activated the hub maybe leave it another 10 minutes and if still flashing merrily away at you then try a 30 second pinhole reset of the hub using a pencil or similar. 

Tried the pinhole reset and it's just flashing again. Looks like I need an engineer, and fingers crossed they come with a spare Hub.
