A free hub4 arrived today but no mater what I try I can't get it to connect and it just has a flashing blue light. The hub3 it replaced was working great so just unplugged the cables and swapped them over but it refuses to connect.
Tech support couldn't get it to work and I got disconnected after 40mins and ever since then every time I call I just get the tests couldn't connect to my router message and to check the cables and it cuts me off. (I know support closes at 9 but this was well before then)
Now stuck with no internet and no way of contacting anyone ☹️
Is there anything I can try to get back up and running
