Hub missing power adapter on delivery

There is no power supply included in the box when it is delivered.

What Hub is it?

Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait a day or two for a VM staff member to get to your post.

No I haven't been contacted regarding the issue yet.

It is a Hub 3.0.

The compartment for the power adapter in the delivered box was empty.

Really sorry to hear this @wooyin. Taking a look at our system we can see that your HUB 3 is powered on and working. The electrical plug for the HUB 3 which provides electricity to the router would be the power adapter, maybe this was not correctly place in the box, apologies if this was the case. Please let us know if you have any further issues at all.

Hi Carley,

That is an extra power adapter that a kind neighbour lent me to at least make it work, so that I could contact you here. The cellular connection here is just not reliable enough to sustain a proper internet connection. 

I wouldn't bother to ask for help to get back what I am supposed to be supplied with if it is already included in the box.
