Hub is dead

Hi. My hub has died, no lights, nothing. Checked all connections and they're fine.

Tried a different working wall socket and checked the Hub plug fuse?

If so and ok.... Call CS on on 150 (VM Mobile or landline) or 0345 454 1111 and report it as a fault - they will test and see its not responding and either send a replacement or a technician to fix it.
