Hey my family as just upgraded to the 1GB which required us to have a new box to be installed. it arrived yesterday day time and been left on a table till just now have just opened the box to find out that the hub itself is damaged with the internet wire connecter part snapped off. Looking at how it's layed out in the box my guess is where that sticks out though the cardboard it's been hit by the power cable block while been delivered. would like to know how to request a replacement?

You'll need to phone Customer Services to request a replacement.
