I upgraded my M125 package to the M250, was told to expect the new Hub to be delivered on the 9th of June and it was to be delivered by Yodel. It is now the 10th of June and I have still not received my delivery nor a confirmation text to confirm it is out for delivery. Can you please help?

We're sorry to hear you've got an issue with your new hub delivery being delayed, we'd love to best help with this.
Could you please check your orders online here and see if there's a postage with your tracking info showing there?

Apologies for the delivery issues with the recent Hub upgrade request, we understand the frustration and appreciate you raising this via the forums.

I did post this before I was able to get in contact with one of you team, they were very kind and very helpful.
I was told my Hub was posted on a 48 hour delivery, so hopefully it will be here with me today.
I am waiting for it to arrive and than I would delete this, and the other, post about not receiving the Hub because I feel it would be rude of me to leave them up considering all the help I have had, as soon as I find out how to do that.
