Superfast

My hub seems to be rebooting itself frequently and defaulting the Wi-Fi password and speed seems slow lately

Hi Spoony36

Sorry to hear this is happening again
I am more than happy to take a look at this for you
I will need to send you a private message to pass security
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great
Regards
Gareth_L

Hi Spoony36

Thanks for those details, apologies for the delay in getting back to you

I have had to  book the first engineer appointment we have available
You can check and reschedule this appointment through your online account if you need to
You can also cancel it if the fault has gone
Can you please let me know how the visit goes
Gareth_L

Thanks Gareth

I had an engineer out the other day who says he fixed the issue but i think he fobbed me off to be honest as connection is still awful

Second engineer has come and says he could see no issue either, his comments below

  • Power levels are fine if they are between -6 and +10 downstream
  • Power levels are fine if they are between 33 and 51 upstream
  • Cable to downstairs tv has noise but not affecting broadband

Can a forum member just check their end to see if everything does look fine and i will monitor over the coming days of any issues

Hi Spoony36,

Thanks for getting back in touch. I've had a look at your account, and I can't see any clear errors showing. How have things been with your connection over the past few days? Are you still experiencing problems?

Kind regards,
Laurie

Hi

Thanks for checking your end, No so far so good. Things have improved massively since the second engineer visit.

hopefully it continues 🙂
