Good morning @Sppny36.

I have again today taken a look over your power levels and everything seems to be within range, I have also taken a look over the network in the area and everything seems to be in check, are you able to let me know how things are looking since your last post?

Kind regards,

Zak_M

Hi

It's the wifi that seems intermittment, don't seem to be having any issues when connected through ethernet.

You might believe that the ethernet is fine, I can see from the hub status data that it won't be.  In three days or so up-time you've got about 100,000 post-RS errors that will be killing speed and latency, and the downstream power levels are all over the place.

Looks like you need a technician visit to sort that out.

Hi

Thats what i was thinking but VM saying everything looks fine their end concerns me

I'm sure they'll now see the need for a technician.  Or I can talk you through the complaints and arbitration process with CISAS, which works out very expensive for VM.

Hi @Spoony36

I have scheduled an engineer visit for you to get those downstream power levels looked at and resolve the connection issues you have been experiencing.

I will send you a private message with the details of your engineer appointment and to confirm your address as this is now required prior to all engineer visits.

Please look out for the purple envelope in the right corner and respond to me when you can.

Best wishes,

Serena

Hi Serena

Engineer has visited and spoke to a friend as i was at work today, he says the connections outside the property were terrible or something and says it's all fixed.

Can you check your end please as although the errors seem to have vanished the power levels don't look much better to me?
