Hub 5 request

Hi, I am a volt 1gig customer and was wondering if there is any way I can request a hub 5 to replace my hub 4?

My previous hub 4 (and current one) always make a low droning noise (from the fan) and this seems to happen no matter where I place it. 

It doesnt sound like much, but I sleep in the same room and its really noticeable at night.

Current situation is that Hub5's are only for new 1GB customers or those upgrading to 1GB from lower packages. This is to preserve stocks which are in short supply.

If you call in with a noisy/faulty Hub4 you will likely get a Hub4 replacement - but who knows - if you get a friendly tech with Hub5's in their van... who knows.

ahh that sucks as i upgraded to 1gig a few months ago 😞
