Hub 5 missing power cable

Hello, I have exactly the same issue - no cable received with new Hub 5. I am upgrading from Hub 3. Please can you help? Many thanks

So sorry to hear that you've not received a Hub 5 power cable. We can get this ordered for you at our side.
