Hub 5 installation problems

Hi Guys,

I am trying to install the new VM Hub 5 but it keeps flashing an amber/yellow light and there is no WiFi connection.

Any one who know how to fix it?

Try a full 60 second factory reset as below;

Remove any ethernet cables from the Hub and hold the pinhole reset switch for 60 seconds. Do NOT reboot the Hub, just let it do it's thing. Note you will need the passwords from the bottom of the Hub afterwards, so make sure they are legible.

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your hub 5. 

 

Have you managed to follow the advise above if so, how are things looking?

Hi,

Not yet. I have tried to reset it as suggested but id did not work. I also had two phone calls with different technicians from VM but they couldnt fix it. Some one is due to come tomorrow to have a look....
