Are you using the password on the bottom of the hub not the one on the pull out card at the top?

Been through a bunch of forums and I'm pretty tech savvy. Definitely using the SETTINGS password, and all correct case etc. I'm NOT using the wifi password. I've done a pin hole full factory reset and it's still the same.

Is it just the wrong sticker or something??

Hello JamieAAAA,

Thanks for your post. Sorry you are unable to access the Hub5 settings.

Have you been able to access them before?

The sticker will be correct if you can access the WIFI network okay using the password.

The Wi-Fi password works fine. So it’s obviously the right sticker, however, like I’ve already stated the settings password does not work even after four pinhole resets, et cetera.

When I installed my Hub5 I could not continue until I had changed the setting password from the default. Perhaps you changed yours. A pin hole reset will get it back to the ‘sticker’ one.

Was the reset done properly?  How was it performed and for how long?  Press for a full 60 seconds then allow to boot up fully for say 10 minutes.

Try using a different browser, clearing the cache and so on.

If it still doesn't work you may need a new hub?

I know a bit about Wi-Fi, Telecoms, and TV as I used to do it for a living but I'm not perfect so don't beat me up... If you make things you make mistakes!
